After requesting a commission from me I will allow a 24 hour window before any work will begin. Within this time period you may withdraw your commission free of charge. Any withdrawals made after the work has begun will require a payment equal in value to the point the artwork is at.

I will provide a sketch before requesting payment. Full payment at the sketch stage is preferred but half payment up front (before sketch) and half at the final stage may also be acceptable.

To complete the commission I will require reference art for your character as well as references for any specifics you wish to be included, such as: clothing, accessories, jewelry or weapons. If reference art is not available a detailed description will suffice. I will need a detailed description of the appearance of your character with details including (but not limited to): Age, height, weight, hair colour, eye colour, skin colour, race/species (for non-human characters).

Significant revisions can be made after I have provided the initial sketch. Smaller revisions may also be made at later stages (subject to my discretion on the feasibility), these may include things such as colour alterations at the flat colour stage, or additions to highlights/small details towards the end of the process. Revisions are more flexible for VTuber model commissions (i.e. larger revisions may be made at later stages within reason).

I will aim to complete the work as soon as I am able, on a first come first serve basis. Please inform me if there are any specific deadlines you require me to meet, rush fees may apply for significantly tight deadlines. My typical turnaround time is 1-2 weeks for a fully rendered commission (shorter times for lower tier commissions). I will inform you if my timeframe alters for any reason (e.g. illness or unforeseen life events), and will aim to communicate with you clearly and frequently about the progress of your commission. VTuber commissions will have a turnaround time of 1-2 months due to the higher complexity.

I will send updates about the commission progress showing each significant stage of the work, unless asked otherwise, and will provide additional updates when requested as soon as I am able. I aim to record time-lapses of my work, but if you would want this to be sent to you with the final product, please request this specifically.

When the work is completed, you will be sent two versions of the finished piece, as well as a time-lapse if requested. You will receive one ‘clean’ version, free of watermarks, forn personal use only. You will also receive a watermarked version, which is the version that must be posted to social media. The watermark must not be removed, and credit must be given to me as the artist when posting on social medias.

I do not allow my work to be used in generative AI training (GenAI) or Large Language Models (LLMs), nor do I provide work to be fed into GenAI/LLM programs. The client is not to use my work in the training of GenAI or LLMs, or in the creation or distribution of Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs).
